Oftentimes, a facelift can be enhanced by the use of certain injectables such as collagen, Botox or hyaluronic fillers. Read below for a menu of non-surgical solutions available at Dr. Marsh’s plastic surgery practice.

  • Botox® Cosmetic: Botox® Cosmetic is an FDA approved treatment which is injected into the muscles which cause moderate to severe frown lines between the brows. After the injections, you will notice improvement in these frown lines within days and the results can last up to 6 months.
  • Restylane®: Restylane is another type of hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler. Like other hyaluronic dermal fillers, Restylane is free from animal proteins which eliminate risks of allergic reactions. Restylane is most commonly used to improve facial wrinkles and folds including nasolabial folds.
  • Cosmoplast® / Cosmoderm®: CosmoDerm and CosmoPlast can also help to add definition to your lips and smooth vertical lip lines. Specifically, CosmoDerm helps to rid of fine lines and crow’s feet, and CosmoPlast is used for deeper lines and lip “plumping”. Both CosmoDerm and CosmoPlast contain natural human collagen that has been purified from dermal tissue grown under controlled laboratory conditions. This human collagen helps your skin maintain a smooth, fresh appearance. CosmoDerm and CosmoPlast treatments do not require a pre-treatment skin test, allowing you to see results with a single visit.
  • Captique®: Captique, is a non-animal based, hyaluronic acid soft tissue filler. Similar to Restylane, Captique adds volume to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds around the nose and mouth. According to the manufacturer, Captique is a clear, colorless gel which produces immediate results and lasts up to one year.
  • Juvederm®: Juvederm is also an FDA approved hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler. This smooth consistency gel helps add volume and hydration to your face. Juvederm is most commonly used to treat your smile lines, or nasolabial folds. This injectable process takes about on 15 minutes to complete, and results can be immediate.
  • Erbium Yag Laser: Our erbium laser is used to treat fine lines and wrinkles around the mouth, forehead and eyelids. This technology uses mid infrared invisible light spectrum which is easily absorbed by the skin. In comparison to CO2 lasers, our erbium yag laser does not burn the skin, allowing for more comfort, while maintaining a high degree of control and precision.
